Managing Conflict in the Workplace

Are you looking for additional skills and strategies for managing conflict? Offered in partnership with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR), this 45-hour program will give you the skills to assist in resolving and managing conflcit in the workplace. Taught by skilled conflict practitioners and experienced adult trainers, you will learn practical strategies to deal with your own conflicts and the conflicts of others.

For those interested in pursuing a career in mediation or further developing their conflict resolution skills, completion of this program will be credited as the first 40 hours of the Third Party Neutral Program (TPN 1) offered by the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution.

The three core courses must be taken in order, with one elective taken any time.
